Reservations & Waitlist
At Casa Sur, we are primarily a first come, first served restaurant.
To ensure we can accommodate larger gatherings, reservations are available for parties of 8 or more only. Reservations must be made by phone at (541) 408-5592.
A $10 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is not a fee and will be applied to your final bill when you dine with us.
Please note that an automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more.
Joining the Waitlist
Guests are welcome to call ahead and add their name to our waitlist. While this may help reduce your wait time, it does not guarantee immediate seating.
Once we notify you that your table is ready, we ask that you arrive within 10 minutes. If we do not hear from you within that time, your table may be offered to the next waiting party.
